Who we are
Aerial Response Systems, LLC ("ARS", "we") operates this website. You can reach us at contact@aerialresponsesystems.com.

What this website collects
The only way this website collects information from you is the contact form. It asks for your name, organization, email address, inquiry type, mission area, a message, and your acknowledgement that the form does not create a commitment. Role, phone number, and preferred contact method are optional. The form also records the page it was submitted from.
A hidden field is used to detect automated submissions; it is not shown to visitors and is discarded.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.
Because the website does not use cookies or tracking technologies to follow visitors across websites, it has no tracking behavior that a "Do Not Track" browser signal would change.
How we use what you send
We use the information to read and respond to your inquiry and, where your inquiry concerns engineering research, to coordinate research conversations.
Where it goes and who handles it
The website does not store submissions. When you submit the form, the message is sent by email through our email delivery provider, Resend, to ARS's inbox, which is hosted on Google Workspace. Resend keeps a copy of the messages it sends for a limited period under its own terms and privacy policy.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. As our hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and keeps its own operational logs under its terms.
Abuse prevention
To limit automated abuse, the website temporarily counts recent submissions per visitor using a keyed hash of the visitor's IP address (the address itself is not kept). This short-lived counter is deleted automatically about ten minutes after the last accepted submission and contains no message content.
How long we keep inquiries
We review inquiry emails quarterly. During each review, we delete conversations whose last message was sent more than 24 months earlier. Because reviews are quarterly, an inquiry can be kept for up to approximately 27 months after the last message in the conversation. We delete an inquiry earlier on request.
Deleting an inquiry from our mailbox does not immediately remove every copy. Deleted messages stay in the mailbox provider's trash for a short period, and may then remain recoverable by the account administrator and in the provider's backup systems for a further period, until the provider removes them under its own policies. We do not control those periods and do not guarantee removal from provider backups.
Our email delivery provider, Resend, separately keeps a copy of each message it sends for a limited period under its own terms and privacy policy. That copy is not part of our mailbox review.
Sensitive information
Please do not send law-enforcement-sensitive, protected, classified, medical, personally identifying third-party, or mission-critical operational information through this form.
